Wasn’t today a beautiful spring day?
It surprises me each and every time I take the kids around the Central Coast. There are so many amazing places, hidden and not so hidden nooks to explore and an abundance of things to do. Often, our Central Coast activities end up being affordable or completely free which is what you look for when you have a family.
I could not bare to stay inside another day and the kids felt exactly the same. So into the car I loaded our bikes along with a few snacks, water bottles and my camera.
It was our first time to the Long Jetty section of the bike track. Normally we head to The Entrance section or ride from Chittaway Bay. The Bike track wraps its way around Tuggerah Lakes with natural flora and fauna, play grounds, Gas BBQ’s with covered picnic areas dotted along.
The entry to the lakes edge bike track is just opposite the famous Lions Park with the Rocket Ship and this is where we finished our morning out with a bite to eat.
