Located just down the road from Questacon and right by the International Flags and Segways, this quaint little boat is nice and easy to locate.

A 1 hour family friendly cruise is a great experience and a different take on some of the National Icons.

The cruise captain provides an informative commentary. The kids are kept amused by the pirate treasure chest complete with dress ups and they also have chance to steer the boat. At the end of their turn of helping to steer the boat, the Captain presents them with a certificate and a lolly pop. Canberra Lake Cruises are also extremely reasonable in price. Adults $16pp and Children at only $8pp (family of 4, just $48).

There is also complementary tea and coffee on board. This is a lovely activity to do and our family enjoyed our experience.
